Every child is different
In everyday life, we often read some texts that affect us very much. Such writings leave a deep impact on our mind. I read a similar note a few days ago. Which influenced me very much. I thought that it deserved to be shared to you. This is a letter that a School Principal in Singapore had written to the parents of his students.
That is what the principal has written.
No doubt that is beautifully written letter. In this letter principal tried to convince the parents that if their child gets good marks, that is good. If he fails to get good marks please don't be sad. Because grades are not the answer for every problem. He stated that the doctors and engineers were those students who always got good marks. But now how many of them are satisfied with their jobs. In comparison with doctors and engineers there are lots of artists, politicians, entrepreneurs and lawyers who are earning more than them. And are living a happy life.
The principal has emphasized on the fact that if the child does not bring good marks, there is nothing. Encourage him and give him honor.
I like this letter very much because the good numbers is not guaranteed that the child will spend a successful life. And it is also not necessary that a child who has got low marks will be failed to work in practical life. Every child is different. The capabilities of each child vary. So the trends of each child vary. It is important for parents to respect their child in every case. Parents should keep guiding their child and promote them according to his trends as every child is different.
To understand the various trends of children, I would advise parents that the two films of Bollywood should be watched ‘ tarry zameen pr’ and ‘3 idiots’
